The Food Book

 

Objectives

Oxford University Press approached mogeneration to explore designing an iPad app for The Food Book, a recipe book used  in home economic classes in australian schools. Further to this  was that is was seen to reach a new audience on apple itunes store also.

Translate Oxford University Press's The Food book into an iPad app using both native and mogeneration's new digital publishing platform (oomphHQ).

Outcome

Successfully delivered into the App store but with the amount of recipes books and pricing it didn't gain traction to be a success in terms of people buying the apps which was a shame from a personal point of view. As for whether this is now used in education classes I'm unsure as the client didn't reveal this information.
